Zodiac’s unique elongated shape makes it easier to peel and chop than a traditional bell-shaped butternut. The medium to large sized (4-6 lb) fruits have a very small seed cavity and shallow ribs meaning increased usable squash and less waste. The plant habit is full vine, vigorous and produces loads of flavorful, very uniform fruit. Matures in about 110 days.
