This AAS-winning hybrid is the first bush-plant Spaghetti squash. Tivoli has a small bush habit that offers high yield potential per plant. Fruits are large and oval in shape, measuring 6 x 9.5 in., with creamy flesh that is very easy to shred with a fork after roasting. Like other bush-habit winter squash varieties, it will produce short vines after the initial fruit set
