Quickstar is an early, slow bolting kohlrabi with dark green, slightly broad leaves. Bulbs are flat-round and very smooth, with a beautiful pale green color. Plants are extremely uniform in size and maturity. Crisp texture and mild taste of the bulbs resembles water chestnuts. Tasty raw or cooked.
