A pole-type bean, also known as yard-long or asparagus bean. Slender 15-18 in. pods can be eaten lightly steamed or added to a stir-fry. Plants are vigorous and vining; pods are slow to form seeds, remaining tender for extended harvest. Far superior to standard strains.
