Optimax is a large to extra-large fruited indeterminate red roma with meaty yet juicy fruit that have thin skin and a small core. Optimax peels easily and has ideal color and texture for salsa, soup and sauce. Plants are very productive, have wide adaptability and mid maturity with good disease resistance. Optimax performs well when growing from warm to cool conditions and for longer growing seasons.
