Improved Dwarf Siberian is a multipurpose variety that can be harvested for baby or mature leaves. At full size, it has a deep green, rippled leaf with an upright plant habit. Thick petioles allow for easy bunching with less plant damage. Baby leaves will stand upright and be thick, medium green, and smoother with a rounded oval shape. Vigorous plants are winter hardy and yield high at either stage.
