Countryside is a beautiful dark green baby leaf spinach with good uniformity. It has thick, smooth, round/oval leaves. Countryside holds well and has acceptable bolt tolerance for fresh market growers. Due to its moderate growth habit, it has performed well in many baby leaf growing slots.
