Corsario poblano is superb harvested at the deep forest green stage or at its full chocolate brown maturity. Any extra whole fruit can be dried after harvest and stored for zero waste. Corsario features a high percentage of 2 lobed, glossy fruits that are perfect for stuffing. Vigorous plants support the heavy yields while providing good cover to the fruits, protecting them from sun damage. Corsario is an excellent choice for the fresh market.
