Yosemite is an intermediate, or midday, onion that produces jumbo to colossal-sized bulbs. Globe-shaped, it has several outer layers of vibrant brown skin that provide good protection to the firm, white, single ring centers. Plants are grower friendly and show excellent uniformity and intermediate resistance to Pink Root. Days to maturity from direct seed: 110.
