Snowbowl is a mid-early maturing variety (65-70 days from transplant) with good uniformity and tight inner wrapper leaves. Plant stature is smaller than others, making it ideal for tight spaces. Snowbowl produces heavy, dome-shaped heads with small air pockets and excellent curd quality. It is especially suited to fall to early winter markets. Compares well to market leaders.
